1. Brush twice a day...at least. That is, one time in the morning whenever you get up the next morning (or after your morning coffee if that's the order you prefer), once just before bed, then once after lunch, preferably. If you are only planning to clean once (which is highly unrecommended, that one time should be at bedtime before bed. Going to sleep with plaque and food between your teeth is a recipe for cavities as well as gum disease.
