How can we rebuild the PGDBs with our data?

I overlay my gene expression data on cellular overview, and I want to save the highlighted map. As I use the online version of pathway tools, I am not able to save the map. Should I use the downloaded software? I do not have access to that specific database, which is in Tier 3, in downloaded version of software. Can you help me please?

I believe that on the website, the only thing you can do to save the image is to take a screen snapshot. With the downloaded software installed on your machine, you should be able to print the highlighted image to a postscript or pdf file. If you have installed Pathway Tools locally and have a paid subscription to BioCyc, you should be able to download any of the Tier 3 PGDBs from the PGDB Registry.
