Hi there,
I am trying to use Pathologic tool to create a PGBD for a microorganism. The trial parse is good. While when I proceed to automated build, the program just ceased at the step of "creating gene frames". No error message, no any other message to indicate the progress. I have been tried this several times. What should I do about this?

Hi, have you looked at your terminal window to see if there is any error reported there? In general for this kind of question, you should send email to ptools-support@ai.sri.com so we can iterate with you -- we will probably want to see the log of your build attempt, whatever is appearing in the terminal window, and very likely your input files so that we can try to reproduce the problem ourselves. We will also need to know what platform you are running on and what version of Pathway Tools.
