I am using Version 16.0 in linux to generate a website. In the web version, when I open the cellular overview, I always get "The web sever has not yet generated the web cellular overview for this organism". I can see the overview in local version. What can I do for it? After start the Web version, I can access the website in that computer, but not any other computer in the local network. What can I do for it?

Are you really running version 16.0? That's 5-year-old software, and we no longer provide support for it. If you still have the same problem with the latest version of the software, I'll have our cellular overview expert weigh in. As to accessing the website from other machines, are you supplying the full name of your machine as the host in the url? (i.e. or whatever -- you can't just use localhost, as that only works from the same machine.) Are you supplying the correct port?

I use v16 to reduce influences on PGDB for an early constructed database. I don't quite understand the point of Could you be more detail? I try both 80 and 1555. For the former, I have no authority. The latter didn't work out as well

Does it have localhost in it? If so, then it will only work for that machine. Other machines will have to access it by using the machine's actual name or IP address instead. The port number to use will be the one from that url though (I believe it defaults to 1555 unless you've set it to something else in your init file). By, I meant to substitute your actual machine name and domain, e.g. or You can also try the IP address of your machine, i.e.

Yeah, I am probably using the hostname(format like, which should not be local. The web work on the local sever and computers with lane connections. However, for other computers still not working. For other computer connected by lane, only the ip address is possible while hostname is not working.

Then it's an issue w/ your network, not w/ Pathway Tools.
