Omics data on pathway collage: Bad request

I want to explore the pathway collage feature with some omics data, but painting always fails. Taking for instance the L-tyrosine degradation I pathway and the below lines of data, specifying "Reaction identifiers and/or EC numbers" as keys plus column 1 as data containing, I get a nicely painted, informative pathway. If I create a pathway collage from this single pathway, however, and try to paint it analogously using the same data I get a "Error: Bad request".

Example omics data:

2.6.1.57 0 1.13.11.27 2.13823627998807 1.13.11.5 1.90668133573749 5.2.1.2 0 3.7.1.2 1.90978388873943

The data should be on five lines, two fields on each.

Hi, I'm sorry for the delay in responding. I've reproduced the problem and will see if I can generate a fix. However I thought I'd get back to you now with a workaround. If you are able to load your data onto a pathway page, the software will remember your latest dataset (including any data for reactions that are not in the pathway you are currently viewing) in the current browsing session and automatically transfer it to any collage you subsequently create. So while at this time I cannot create a collage containing this pathway and load your data into it, if I load your data onto the biocyc pathway page, and then generate a collage containing this (and any other) pathway, I can check the View->Show Omics Data box to see the data on the collage.

I hope this helps for now. I will follow up again when a fix for the original problem is available.

Suzanne

UPDATE: Problem has been fixed.
